California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you're a California resident, this section explains the specific rights you have over your personal information under the CCPA, on top of what's covered in our general Privacy Policy.
What This Covers
The CCPA gives California residents certain rights around personal information collected by businesses like ours. "Personal information" here means anything that identifies or could reasonably be linked to you — things like your name, email, address, order history, or browsing activity on our site.
Your Rights Under the CCPA
Right to Know
You can ask us what categories of personal information we've collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we've shared it with over the past 12 months.
Right to Delete
You can request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions — for example, information we're legally required to keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.
Right to Correct
If something we have on file about you is inaccurate, you can ask us to correct it.
Right to Opt Out
We don't sell or share your personal information for cross-context advertising purposes, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front. If that ever changes, we'll update this notice and give you a clear way to opt out.
Right to Non-Discrimination
Exercising any of these rights won't result in different pricing, denied service, or a lesser shopping experience with us. You'll be treated the same either way.
Categories of Information We Collect
In line with our Privacy Policy, this may include:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, address)
- Payment and order information
- Internet activity (browsing behavior, device, and IP address)
- Geolocation data, where enabled through cookies
How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of the rights above, reach out to us directly with your name and the email or order number associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, simply to keep your information secure from unauthorized access.
We'll respond within the timeframe required by law, generally within 45 days.
Authorized Agents
You're welcome to have someone else submit a request on your behalf. We'll just need written permission from you confirming that, along with proof of the agent's identity.
